Curriculum Design with MTSS
This course focuses on the approval and implementation of curricula that integrate Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and trauma-informed teaching strategies. Participants will work closely with the Director of Curriculum Design to develop and evaluate instructional frameworks that support diverse learner needs. Through this course, educators will gain practical skills in designing inclusive, data-driven curricula that promote academic success and social-emotional well-being.
Charter School Financial Accounting
This course provides participants with essential financial literacy skills in budgeting, compliance, and resource management to ensure the long-term sustainability of a charter school. Through collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), participants will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and decision-making. This course is designed to equip educational leaders with the knowledge needed to maintain fiscal responsibility and align financial practices with state regulations and institutional goals.
Human Resource Management
This course equips participants with essential skills in hiring, training, and retaining faculty and staff while ensuring compliance with state-specific charter requirements. Through hands-on experience with the HR department, participants will gain practical knowledge of recruitment strategies, professional development, and employee retention best practices. This course is designed to prepare educational leaders to build and sustain high-performing teams within charter school environments.
Charter School Philosophy
This course provides an in-depth exploration of state processes and procedures essential for leading a social-emotional and trauma-informed educational institution. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions with Principals and Superintendents to develop leadership strategies that align with charter school philosophy. Through this course, educators will gain the knowledge and skills needed to foster inclusive, supportive learning environments that prioritize student well-being and academic success.
