This 15-day course provides a comprehensive understanding of charter school financial accounting, focusing on strategies for ensuring long-term viability and sustainability. Participants will engage in on-the-job training (OJT) collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and resource allocation. Through practical applications and policy analysis, this course equips future educational leaders with the financial management skills necessary to maintain a stable and thriving charter school.
