Executive Director Program
The program’s mission is to drive academic excellence through strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to student success through social-emotional and trauma-informed educational institutions. Leveraging the expertise of Honorable Military Veterans (E-7 to E-9), we will ensure disciplined, high-quality academic leadership that strengthens school operations based on data analysis, financial stability, and proven student success strategies. These areas are the foundation for building an effective Executive Director’s Academic Action Plan to improve our students’ college readiness, business entrepreneurship, and life-long learning.

This comprehensive leadership program is designed exclusively for military veterans with an honorable discharge, holding ranks between E-7 and E-9, who aspire to transition into leadership roles within charter school education. Over the course of multiple training modules, participants will develop expertise in key areas essential to running a successful K-12 charter institution, culminating in a 30-day capstone experience.
This 120-day course provides military veterans (E-7 to E-9 with an honorable discharge) with the essential knowledge and hands-on experience needed to lead a successful charter school. Integrating key areas of school operations, this course equips participants with the skills to navigate state-specific procedures, manage faculty and staff, oversee financial sustainability, design trauma-informed curricula, and implement data-driven academic action plans.
Participants will engage in on-the-job training (OJT) across multiple departments, working closely with school leadership, including the Principal/Superintendent, HR department, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Director of Curriculum Design.
