


Charter School Philosophy
This 30-day course explores the foundational principles and operational frameworks of charter schools, emphasizing the integration of social-emotional learning and trauma-informed practices in K-12 education. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of state processes and procedures essential for leading a successful charter institution. The course includes on-the-job training (OJT) collaboration with the Principal or Superintendent, providing hands-on experience in leadership, policy implementation, and fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Through case studies, policy analysis, and practical applications, students will develop the skills necessary to enhance student well-being and academic success.
