This 15-day course provides an in-depth understanding of hiring, developing, and training faculty and staff in accordance with state-specific charter school requirements. Participants will engage in on-the-job training (OJT) collaboration with the Human Resources department, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment strategies, professional development planning, and compliance with employment regulations. Through practical applications and policy analysis, this course equips future educational leaders with the essential skills to build and maintain a high-performing school workforce.
