This 15-day course provides an in-depth understanding of hiring, developing, and training faculty and staff in accordance with state-specific charter school requirements. Participants will engage in on-the-job training (OJT) collaboration with the Human Resources department, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment strategies, professional development planning, and compliance with employment regulations.
